Includes
a Two Stage Spray Iron Phosphate & Degrease
Tunnel.
The
products to be cleaned enter and exit the Plant
via two silhouette apertures 1500mm high, 900mm
wide, one at each end of the Plant.

This
Pre-Treatment Plant design is based on a Conveyer
speed of 1.5 Metres per minute and assumes a
longest product of 4.0 Metres.

Forced Fan Air Recirculation type Gas Drying
Tunnel Oven has Internal useable dimensions
of 13.5 metres long, 1.0 metres wide, 2.4 metres
high.

The
Forced Fan Air Recirculation type DOUBLE PASS
Gas Curing Tunnel Oven has Internal useable
dimensions of, 13.5 metres long, 4.5 metres
wide, 2.4 metres high.

Incorporates
a motorised Overhead Chain type product Conveyor
System. Sidetrak type conveyor. The System comprises,
approximately 90.0 metres straight track, 2
off 90-degree bends, 5 off 180-degree bends.
Products
to hang from pendants on the chain at a minimum
pitch of 304 mm apart. Each pendant is rated
at 50 kg.

The
pretreatment specification includes a set of
"UNISPRAY" CPVC Snap in type Stand
pipes, the Stand pipes being fitted with removable
'vee' jets.
The
Stand pipes are mounted directly above arge
holding tanks, which are fabricated from stainless
steel. The tanks are insulated externally on
all sides.

included NORDSON Powder Coating Booth and Recovery
System.
Plus, NORDSON Fully Automatic Closed loop Gun
Powder Applicator System. The
System comprises:- Automatic Electronic Powder
Guns and Twin electronic gun reciprocators.

Control
system - This comprises a fully comprehensive
Control Panel. This houses, mains isolator,
all motor and control fuses, start up purge
and shut down cool timers, motor control gear
and relays, full motor and heater safety interlock
system, front mounted press buttons, remote
burner lockout indicator and reset button, fan(s),
burner(s), fan pressure switch fault, cooling
mode, timer mode and run status indicator lights.
The panel incorporates fully programmable, digital
temperature controllers.

Installation extra, that would include Delivery to Site, assembly of the equipment

and Pressure Switches etc. Wiring is to Current IEE Standards. The price includes
commissioning, testing and providing Certification of Performance. Please note
